2007 Photo Contest

We want to see what your Caribbean dreams are made of!  Enter your best photos for consideration in Caribbean Travel & Life's 2007 Photo Contest.  Take your best shot in one of the following categories:

Beaches
Scenics
People
Nature
Anything Goes

Prizes given for each category and Winners will be published in the October 2007 issue of Caribbean Travel & Life.

PHOTO CONTEST RULES
• Contest is open to amateurs only.
Professional photographers (anyone making more than 10 percent of their income from photography) are not eligible. And even though we really like them, employees of World Publications and their families are also not eligible.
• All photos must be taken in the Caribbean, the Bahamas or Bermuda.
• Submit ONLY unpublished, unframed prints (no larger than 8"x10") or 35mm slides, fl oppy disk or CD ROM. A paper print of the photo must accompany disk or CD entries. Digitally manipulated images may only be entered in the "Anything Goes" category.
• All photos must be clearly labeled with photographer's name, address, phone number, e-mail address if available, the location where the picture was taken, the words "CTL Photo Contest," and the category the photo is entered in. Label photos directly on the back of the prints or on slide mounts. Photos will not be returned, unless each photo is accompanied by a separate self-addressed stamped envelope with suffi cient U.S. postage to ensure return.
• All entries will be judged on quality and content. Decision of judges is final.
• By sending an entry, you agree that World Publications has the right to publish your photos through any medium without compensation.
• Finalists may be contacted to provide original negatives or slides for publication.
• You may enter as many photos as you want, but each entry must be accompanied by a $3 entry fee in US funds only. Please make checks payable to Caribbean Travel and Life.
• Deadlines for entries is June 8, 2007.
