Passionate Parcha Colada Tropical Drink

The lively Colada's restaurant in San Juan, PR delivers a traditional island drink with a local twist. Fusing the favorite flavors of dark rum and sugar with an unexpected burst of parcha (passion fruit), this tropical drink recipe will help you find your own island oasis.

SERVES 1

2 oz. passion fruit natural
1 1/4 oz. dark rum
1 tbsp. suga
4 oz. crushed ice

1. Pour the dark rum, passion fruit and sugar in a blender. Add in shaved or crushed ice for 15 seconds or until smooth. Pour into an exotic glass of your choice, garnish with a fresh mint leaf and enjoy!
