There are two things I really love — food and the Caribbean, and when I’m not on the beach, I’m most likely on the couch, watching the Food Network. Now fellow food and travel junkies can have their cake and eat it too, on Food Network’s inaugural Eastern Caribbean sailing, Food Network at Sea. Celebrity Cruise Lines’ seven-night Celebrity Solstice will play host on the seven-night trip, sailing from Fort Lauderdale on August 22, with stops in San Juan, St. Thomas and St. Maarten. Cruisers will get the chance to interact with some of their fave Food Network stars, including attending cooking demonstrations by Iron Chef Cat Cora, as well as Aaron Sanchez, host of Chefs vs. City. Rob Bleifer, executive chef of Food Network Kitchens, will lead hands-on cooking classes for those who want to come home with knife skills of their own.
Check the Food Network’s website for more details, and if you go, let us know how it was!
