The third annual Miami Rum Renaissance Festival kicks off on April 25, 2011 in South Beach, Miami, and as serious devotees to all things rum and tropical drinks, we'll be doing our journalistic due diligence by attending. The week-long event celebrates the history of rum from around the Caribbean (and a few international stops, too) and unites mixologists and enthusiasts in the common quest of finding the ultimate island cocktail.
