 1 oz. Absolut vodka

1 oz. Kahlua

1 oz. Baileys Original Irish Cream

 

MAKES ONE COCKTAIL

INGREDIENTS

1 ½ oz. banana liqueur
1 oz. vodka
½ oz. light rum 
1 ½  oz. cream of coconut 
Splash of pineapple juice 
3-4 drops green food color
Peeled banana, cut in half lengthwise for garnish
Cinnamon, for garnish

INSTRUCTIONS

MAKES 1 DRINK

INGREDIENTS
4 oz. Kahlua
2 oz. vodka
6 oz. Island Oasis cappuccino mix
1 scoop vanilla ice cream
Several ice cubes

INSTRUCTIONS
Combine all ingredients in a blender and pulse until creamy. Pour the smoothie into a pint or hurricane glass and float a little Kahlua on top. Garnish with a cherry.

MAKES 1 DRINK

INGREDIENTS

2 oz. lemon-infused vodka
1 oz. ginger syrup
Juice of ½ lemon
Club soda or gingerale

FOR THE LEMON-INFUSED VODKA
2 lemons (we recommend using organic)
About 2 cups vodka 

FOR THE GINGER SYRUP
1 cup sugar
1 cup water
2 oz. fresh ginger, peeled and sliced thin

 

Serves 1

- 30 ml. Vodka

- 30 ml. Cadushy of Bonaire liqueur

- 30 ml. Triple Sec

- Dash of apple juice

- Blue Curacao to taste

Fill a shaker with ice and add vodka, Cadushy and Triple Sec. Add a dash of apple juice and enough blue Curacao to make the drink bright green. Shake and pour into a frosted glass, then add a few drops of lime juice and garnish with lime.

 

SERVES 1

– 2 oz. vodka

– 2 oz. cranberry juice (not cranberry juice cocktail)

– 1 tsp. passion fruit syrup

– 1 oz. freshly squeezed grapefruit juice (preferably Texas Ruby Red)

– 1 oz. sour mix

– lime wedge for garnish

Fill a Collins glass with ice. Pour the vodka, cranberry juice, passion fruit syrup, grapefruit juice and sour mix, then stir and garnish with the lime.

SERVES 1

1 oz. vodka
1 oz. Cointreau
1oz. sweet and sour mix
2 oz. ginger beer
Myers’s rum floater
Sprinkle of fresh nutmeg

1. In a shaker add first four ingredients and pour over a tall glass with ice. Top with a Myers’s rum floater and sprinkle of nutmeg.

SERVES 1

3 oz. Rose Champagne of sparkling wine
1 oz. raspberry vodka
1/2 oz. raspberry liquor
1/2 oz. fresh lime juice
Lime wedge for garnish
Sugar to rim martini glass

1. Combine raspberry liquor, vodka and lime juice in a shaker over ice. Shake and strain into a sugar rimmed martini glass.

2. Add sparkling wine and garnish with lime wedge.

SERVES 1

2 oz. vodka
1 tsp. brown sugar
Splash of simple syrup
8-10 mint leaves
Juice of half a lime
3-4 oz. Ting or other citrus soda
Splash of cranberry juice

1. Muddle mint, brown sugar and lime juice. Add vodka and pour over ice, then top with Ting or other citrus soda and a splash of cranberry juice.

SERVES 1

3/4 oz. vodka
3/4 oz. Appleton rum
2 oz. orange juice
2 oz. pineapple juice
Squeeze of lime
Sugar to taste

1. Mix together and garnish with orange wedge and cherry.
