PAYMENT POLICY:
50% Deposit required at time of reservation. Full balance due 45 days prior to arrival or at time of reservation for reservations within 45 days of arrival.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Full or partial cancellations made 14 days or more prior to arrival will be charged a penalty of one night plus tax. No refund for cancellations made within 14 days of arrival or for early checkouts. Change of dates for a stay are allowed for a one night penalty as well as any difference in applicable rate between original reservation and new dates, which must be paid in full at the time of rebooking. Travel must be completed within one year of the original arrival date. Cancellation policy for the Christmas and New Years Season each year : One night penalty for cancellations made 30 days or more prior to the arrival date, 50% refund up to 14 days prior to arrival date, no refund within 14 days of arrival. “No Problem !” Hurricane Guarantee and Cancellation Policy.
